  The photo department is horrible and disorganized. I ordered an 8 x 10 and 5 x 7 from their website. Both were the same picture of a group of people at a wedding. The 8 x 10 had four people cut out. The 5 x 7 had two people cut out. When I went back in the store they simply said.... "Oh you have to come in with the picture" or take a picture of it with your phone." No refund was offered to me. I don't understand why they have a website if you cannot enlarge a picture that was a professional photograph without cutting out people. I am so angry right now because I have no time to go back and forth to the store. I don't like that I wasn't offered a refund and that I was pressured into buying a red nose, which I have already purchased at another facility. Do not get your pictures printed here!!!!!!! I want my refund!
